
Having avocados around pretty much all the time is definitely a perk of living here.
Creamy, yummy goodness. I like them on a chicken sandwich. Yesterday I had leftover roast chicken breast, spinach, avocado and Gruyere cheese on a sandwich and it was crazy good. I like to make guacamole. I like to toss chunks with tomato in olive oil and red wine vinegar.
But lately, this is all I want:

Mmmm…. joy and joyness…
Avocado smeared on a toasted bagel. Oh my.
